What You’ll Do
Deliver attentive, polished service with strong pacing and awareness
Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food, wine, and cocktails
Anticipate guest needs before they’re asked
Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain strong section control during high-volume periods
Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every table
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong communication skills and natural guest engagement
Ability to stay composed, organized, and efficient under pressure
Attention to detail and a high standard for service
Team-first mentality with a strong work ethic
A genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality
