Restoration Branch Manager - Baltimore, MD
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to manage and grow an existing restoration branch in Baltimore. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, improving performance, and driving both customer satisfaction and profitability.
As the Branch Manager, you will take ownership of an established operation and focus on consistent execution, team development, operational improvement, and steady business growth. Success in this role comes from running an efficient, well-organized branch that delivers high-quality work, maintains strong customer relationships, and meets financial goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of restoration technicians and sales staff
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performance and quality
- Oversee daily operations to ensure jobs are completed correctly, safely, and on time
- Ensure field documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly
- Manage equipment, materials, and inventory to support smooth operations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partners
- Manage branch P&L, track KPIs, and control expenses
- Support estimating, sales, and business development efforts to grow revenue
- Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency
What You Need
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of restoration experience
- Experience leading technicians and/or sales teams
- Working knowledge of Xactimate and restoration estimating
- Understanding of insurance processes and adjuster relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience managing budgets, expenses, and P&L responsibility
- Familiarity with IICRC standards and restoration best practices
- Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Previous branch or department management experience
- Experience improving or stabilizing operational performance in an existing location
- Sales or business development experience
- Experience hiring, training, and developing teams
- Familiarity with the Wilmington, NC market
