Responsibilities:
- Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
- Install dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct work
- Apply antimicrobial coatings
- Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
- Inspect own work at customer locations and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards, and meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
- Properly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicle and other equipment
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a technical hands-on field
- Experience in the HVAC, restoration, construction, other skilled trades is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organized with good verbal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in high areas or confined spaces
- Driver’s license and insurance
- Clean driving record
