As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
- Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
- Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
- Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
- Coach and train restoration technicians
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability for rotating on-call schedule
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Pay starts at $22-25 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay
