What You’ll Do
Lead Projects That Matter
- Take ownership of restoration and mitigation jobs from the moment you arrive on-site to the final walkthrough.
- Build smart, effective restoration plans that get homes and businesses back on their feet quickly.
- Keep every project running smoothly, safely, and aligned with SERVPRO® standards.
Lead and Inspire Your Crew
- Train, coach, and motivate technicians to deliver exceptional results.
- Set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and safety.
- Build a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of their work.
Be the Face of SERVPRO®
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately — especially when customers are stressed.
- Represent Servpro of Wilson County with integrity and professionalism.
Get Hands-On in the Field
- Assist with water extraction, structural drying, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and more.
- Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for deployment.
Document with Precision
- Capture moisture readings, equipment logs, photos, and job notes accurately.
- Keep documentation organized and compliant with SERVPRO®, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
Respond When It Counts
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
- Lead crews during after-hours emergencies and high-priority events.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
- At least 1 year of restoration or mitigation experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A steady, confident presence in fast-moving situations
- A passion for helping people rebuild their lives
Physical & Environmental Expectations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in varied environments: confined spaces, heights, moisture, chemicals, strong odors, and loud conditions
- Respirator use may be required
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed — emergencies don’t wait
