Lead, train, and develop mitigation teams, ensuring readiness to respond to water and fire damage, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, tarping, and board-up services in accordance with company and industry standards.
Oversee job performance to ensure projects meet or exceed established timelines, quality benchmarks, and profit margin goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong knowledge of insurance compliance requirements, effectively working within carrier and TPA guidelines.
Conduct site inspections and re-inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to scope and estimate accuracy.
Utilize industry software such as MICA/Mitigate, Symbility, Xactanalysis, Dash, and estimating tools like Xactimate to manage projects and documentation.
Manage team schedules, support after-hours operations, and remain available for emergency response, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams and departments to foster a positive work environment and support overall business operations.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and act as a professional representative of the company brand at all times.
