This role involves assessing, mitigating, and restoring properties damaged by water, mold, and other environmental factors to ensure safe and effective remediation.
Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and rebuild tasks according to industry standards
- Use specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
- Inspect and document damage, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings with clients and management
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and contractors to facilitate restoration process
- Maintain safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Ensure timely completion of restoration and mitigation projects
Requirements
