Project success starts with precision—and you’re the one who brings everything together.

This is not a field role. This is a thinking, planning, and communication role.

When a homeowner experiences a disaster, they are overwhelmed and just want their home back. This role exists to bring order, clarity, and forward momentum through systems, schedules, documentation, and communication.

We are seeking a high-detail, high-accountability professional who understands restoration and construction and is highly comfortable working on a computer, managing schedules, communicating with customers, and making decisions that keep jobs moving.

If you prefer being in the field, managing crews, or working primarily with your hands—this role is not for you.

Does This Sound Like You?

You are decisive and comfortable making decisions without waiting for permission.
You are highly organized and think several steps ahead.
You are confident working on a computer most of the day.
You write clear, professional emails and document accurately.
You understand construction sequencing, materials, and terminology.
You are comfortable communicating with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
You thrive when chaos exists—and your job is to create order.
You prefer owning systems, schedules, and workflows rather than supervising labor.
You are detail-driven and expect accuracy from yourself and others.

If this describes you, keep reading.

What This Role ACTUALLY Is

  • A desk-based coordination role, not a field position

  • Heavy use of computer systems, scheduling tools, CRM, and documentation

  • Frequent phone calls, emails, and written communication

  • Decision-making authority to move jobs forward without waiting

  • Direct communication with homeowners who are stressed and need clarity

  • The operational backbone supporting the Production Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and communicate schedules

  • Coordinate team members, materials, selections, deliveries, and vendors

  • Track job progress, documentation, and compliance in operating systems

  • Communicate proactively with homeowners about schedules and next steps

  • Assist the Production Team by solving problems before they escalate

  • Make informed decisions daily to keep jobs moving

  • Maintain detailed job notes, timelines, and documentation

  • Use Microsoft 365, RMS, and other systems extensively

This Is NOT for You If…

You prefer working in the field rather than on a computer
You are uncomfortable with frequent phone calls and emails
You dislike documenting, scheduling, or tracking details
You avoid customer communication
You wait for direction instead of taking initiative
You struggle with technology or office systems
You see yourself primarily as a Production Manager

Why You’ll Love It

  • You control schedules, workflows, and communication

  • You are trusted to make decisions and move jobs forward

  • Your work directly impacts customer experience and job success

  • Clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and ownership

  • Growth paths into estimating, project management, or operations leadership

  • Competitive pay, benefits, and stability at a flagship location

For nearly six decades, Paul Davis Restoration has helped families rebuild after disaster. We value accuracy, decisiveness, systems, and communication—and we hire people who take ownership of their role.
