Position: Project Coordinator
Reports to: Operations Manager

This role is the “heart” of the operation information in and out internally and externally.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple restoration jobs
- Serve as primary point of contact with insurance adjusters and customers
- Provide timely project status updates
- Maintain project work schedules and files
- Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys
- Secure client payments
