Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients, crews, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
- Schedule technicians and coordinate project resources.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors.
- Maintain project documentation and insurance records.
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and property restoration processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
