The Role - As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and our field technicians. Your primary focus will be overseeing mitigation and drying projects. For the occasional rebuilds or small repairs needed post-remediation, you will manage our trusted network of subcontractors. Disaster restoration is unpredictable, so this role includes participating in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage water, fire, and mold remediation projects from initial inspection to final sign-off. Participate in the rotational on call schedule as required. Responsible for the end-to-end management of reactive and planned work.
Emergency Response: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond quickly to after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency calls.
Scope & Estimate: Perform site damage assessments and create accurate, profitable estimates using Xactimate .
Documentation: Ensure all moisture mapping, atmospheric readings, and daily logs are thoroughly documented and compliant with insurance program requirements.
Customer Service: Build trust with property owners, clearly explaining the remediation process and easing their stress during a difficult time.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for small repairs, ensuring their work meets high quality and safety standards.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations, environmental protocols, and all company safety standards on the job site.
Qualifications
Highly Preferred - 2–3 years of recent experience in property restoration (preferably water & fire damage, and mold remediation).
Construction or Restoration management: 1 year (Preferred)
Experience scoping jobs and creating estimates
IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) are highly preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Background check required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
