Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction and drying processes to restore properties.
• Work to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Document and report on project progress and customer interactions.
• Utilize specialized equipment for cleaning and restoration tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers about the restoration process.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for restoration projects.
• Adhere to industry standards and company policies for quality service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of safety practices and protocols in restoration work.
