Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and job-site visits
• Support permit applications and follow-up with municipalities and inspectors
• Maintain job files, project notes, photos, and related documentation
• Assist with material ordering, deliveries, and vendor coordination
• Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal staff regarding project status
• Support project managers with scope documentation, site measurements, and progress updates
• Help track project timelines, change orders, and closeout items
• Perform job-site visits to verify scope, document progress, and assist with coordination
• Assist with light hands-on work as needed, including finish carpentry, framing support, punch work, and minor repair tasks

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Some construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and job-site practices
• Experience with finish carpentry, framing, or general repair work is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a clean driving record, as this position will require driving company vehicles
