When disaster strikes, we're restoring lives, not just repairing property. As a Restoration Sales Advisor at Southeast Restoration, you'll be a vital part of this mission. You won't just assess damage; you'll provide a clear, accurate foundation that brings hope and confidence back to those we serve. If you're a sales-minded professional who excels at communication and care, this is your opportunity to shine!
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Damage Assessment: You'll conduct thorough, on-site inspections of damaged properties, meticulously identifying and documenting all structural, electrical, plumbing, and other system damages to understand the full scope of restoration needed.
Estimate Partnership: You'll collaborate closely with our Estimating Team to provide documentation needed for our estimator to create highly detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate. Your accurate documentation means a clear, precise scope for every project.
Customer Engagement: You'll work closely with our Estimating Team to update customers on the status of their claim as we work closely with the insurance carrier to determine the scope of work. Your expert communication will explain the restoration process, timelines, and costs, building trust and understanding during a critical time.
Sales Execution: You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, presenting the approved scope of work, answering questions, and helping customers navigate the decision-making process. Through clear communication and proactive follow-up, you’ll secure signed agreements and ensure projects transition smoothly into production.
Strategic Relationship Building: Actively build and nurture positive, mutually beneficial relationships with both existing and new adjusters. Every "Quality Sales Touch" - a conversation with a key decision-maker that includes asking for business - will directly contribute to our STRIP Sales goals.
Data Integrity & Organization: You're committed to meticulous documentation. You'll collect and compile all relevant site data, including precise measurements, comprehensive photographs, and detailed notes. You'll maintain organized records of all estimates, proposals, and customer communications.
