SERVPRO of W. St. Joseph County is hiring a Restoration Sales Estimator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll scope projects, create accurate estimates, and guide customers through the rebuild process after fire or water damage.


What You’ll Do

• Inspect properties and create scopes of work
  
  
• Write estimates using Xactimate
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
  
  
• Identify upgrades and project needs
  
  
• Keep projects moving from estimate to execution
  
  

What You Need

• 2+ years in construction, restoration, or insurance adjusting
  
  
• Experience with Xactimate preferred, not required (will train)
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Valid driver’s license
