SERVPRO of W. St. Joseph County is hiring a Restoration Sales Estimator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll scope projects, create accurate estimates, and guide customers through the rebuild process after fire or water damage.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect properties and create scopes of work
- Write estimates using Xactimate
- Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
- Identify upgrades and project needs
- Keep projects moving from estimate to execution
What You Need
- 2+ years in construction, restoration, or insurance adjusting
- Experience with Xactimate preferred, not required (will train)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
