Restoration Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Supervisor that will create high levels of customer satisfaction and fulfill companies needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restoration crews on residential and commercial projects
• Inspect job sites and assess restoration needs and project scope
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, safety regulations, and industry guidelines
• Monitor drying equipment, moisture readings, and restoration progress
• Train, mentor, and support restoration technicians
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, reports, and daily logs
• Communicate project updates with customers, insurance adjusters, and management
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials for projects
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours or weekend emergencies when required
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of restoration equipment and vehicles
• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical certifications preferred
• Experience in restoration, construction, or disaster recovery services
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration processes
• Familiarity with restoration equipment and moisture detection tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and emergency-response environments
