Restoration Technician

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20-$21/hour Starting

BBSI is hiring Restoration Technicians for a local restoration company.

This position focuses on water damage restoration, demolition, cleanup, mold remediation, and mitigation services. If you're comfortable with physically demanding work, working in crawlspaces and attics, and helping restore homes and businesses after damage occurs, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Removal of damaged drywall, insulation, and flooring
• Demolition and cleanup
• Mold and sewage remediation support
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
• Working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
• Documenting project progress with notes and photos

Qualifications:

• Restoration, construction labor, demolition, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
