AdvantaClean of NW Chicagoland is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician to help homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, mold contamination, flooding, moisture issues, and other environmental hazards.

What You'll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members responding to residential and commercial property damage. Your responsibilities may include:
- Water extraction and structural drying after water damage
- Mold remediation and small particle cleaning following industry standards
- Crawlspace encapsulation and moisture control projects
- Basement waterproofing and foundation crack repair
- Demolition of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other building materials
- Setting up dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers, and containment systems
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring affected areas
- Equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Photographing and documenting work using company software
- Providing excellent customer service throughout every project

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our East Dundee office
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and basements
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to safely climb ladders
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training
- Willingness to work after hours and out of state
