Responsibilities
As a Restoration Technician, you will be a key part of a team delivering restoration services to customers. Responsibilities include:
Follow remediation and restoration procedures to clean and restore homes and businesses
Use specialized equipment and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Assist with maintaining company equipment
Collect and document detailed job information including photos, notes, and videos
Communicate professionally with property owners and show empathy for their situation
Perform minor demolition when required during restoration projects

This role can be physically demanding and may require working in attics, basements, crawl spaces, or areas affected by fire or water damage. You must be comfortable getting dirty and working in challenging environments.

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver s license required
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE
Must be available for after-hours work and rotating emergency calls
Must pass a background check and drug screen
No felonies or misdemeanors involving deception, theft, fraud, assault/battery, or sexual offenses
Certifications
IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Required
IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying) Required
IICRC AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) Preferred
