We're seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our team of hardworking, compassionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to emergency service calls for water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration.
- Perform tasks like water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleaning to restore properties.
- Communicate effectively with customers, crew chiefs, and management to ensure top-notch service.
-Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites with a clean, professional appearance.
- Participate in ongoing training and pursue certifications.
Who we are looking for:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions ( lifting 50+lbs, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces).
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
- Availability for on-call shifts, including some nights and weekends.
- No experience is required - we provide hands-on training for the right candidate!
