Restorative Aide
Location: Vitality Living of Aitkin
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (Flexible, typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 80 hours or less per pay period
Position Summary
Vitality Living of Aitkin is seeking an energetic and motivated Restorative Aide to join our team! This role focuses on helping residents maintain and improve their mobility and overall well-being through daily movement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with restorative programs, including range-of-motion exercises
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate in daily movement activities
- Walk throughout the facility to ensure all assigned residents are seen
- Track and document participation and progress
- Stay organized to ensure all residents receive proper attention
- Collaborate with nursing and care teams
Qualifications
- CNA Certification required
- No prior experience needed – we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to stay active and walk throughout the shift
