Restuarant Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and motivates staff to perform at their best.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and coach service staff
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards
• Manage employee scheduling and labor costs
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Support special events and large party operations
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
• Oversee bar operations and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Monitor and maintain food, beverage, and supply inventory levels
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory counts
• Help manage beverage costs, waste, and product quality

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
