As a Device Activation Representative, you'll answer calls from Best Buy Health customers and help them activate their wireless devices and accessories. This includes processing activations and answering questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful tone. You'll also recommend products, plans and services based on each customer's needs. To succeed in this role, you must use strong communication and problem-solving skills in your conversations.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What you'll do
Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
Answer questions and provide appropriate solutions
Present and sell new products and health services
Achieve performance based on goals
Maintain knowledge of all Best Buy Health wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and services
Basic qualifications
6 months or more of customer service, call center or sales experience
6 months or more of experience troubleshooting technical issues and navigating multiple applications and systems simultaneously
Access to high-speed internet
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
Experience working with senior-aged customers
