Description
Reid Petroleum is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Administrative Assistant to support our retail leadership team and help keep our Crosby's store operations running smoothly.
This role plays a key part in coordinating reports, communications, meetings, and operational processes that support our retail teams and leadership.

What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to retail leadership
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and leadership communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational scorecards
- Maintain Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
- Assist with internal communications and company publications
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives
- Track onboarding and training progress for retail leadership roles
- Help organize leadership meetings and document action items
- Maintain compliance documentation and operational records
- Assist with company events, meetings, and special projects
