Responsibilities
Supervise a small team of 1-5 members to achieve store goals
Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
Drive sales through strategic sales management and visual merchandising
Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance
Handle cash transactions and maintain cashier accuracy
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to store policies
