You Are:
Assisting the Retail Manager by maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This hands‑on role coaches staff, manages shifts, helps maintain merchandising and inventory standards, and steps in to lead when the manager is unavailable. A passion for food and an engaging, customer-first personality are essential to create memorable shopping experiences.
Your Location:
- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
- 520 W Griffin Dr, Bozeman, MT 59715
Your Schedule:
- Full-Time | 40-50 Hours Per Week
- Mon-Fri 8am-6pm weekly. Saturdays during holiday weekends.
Your Manager:
Your Contribution to Daniel's Gourmet Meats & Sausages:
- Operations & Shift Management: Open/close store, team huddles, delegate tasks
- Staff Leadership: Supervise team members, onboarding, scheduling, and performance
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service, product recommendations, & cooking tips
- Sales & Marketing: Support in-store promotions
- Quality Control: Ensure all meats meet high standards, conduct routine inspections, keep detailed records
- Product Management: Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized meat case, verify proper product rotation
Your Background/Skills:
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or food processing.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards.
- Exceptional customer service and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
