Join the #VTeamLife.What you'll be doingInspire a sales team and create exceptional customer experiences in a retail store.Lead team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.Inspire, train, and coach team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Identify selling skill gaps and develop and implement plans to meet/exceed sales metrics and quotas.Lead store operations: analyze staffing needs, report financial/sales data, manage cash, meet compliance, open trouble tickets to maintain store uptime.Monitor inventory, restock shelves, maintain device security, and manage store cleanliness.Manage store merchandising and planogram compliance.Complete store opening and closing activities.We're hiring immediately and this isn't your average leadership position! You can earn between $42,000 and $55,000 annually in base pay, plus up to $25,000 a year in commissions if your team hits all your sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond? Our top performers increase their commission payouts by an additional $3,000 annually.
