This role is ideal for someone ready to step up in leadership and build toward a Store Manager position.
Supporting day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing
Coaching and developing team members to improve performance
Driving sales by leading from the floor and motivating the team
Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
Maintaining strong visual standards and inventory control
A fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
A hands-on leadership role (you’ll spend most of your time on the floor)
Close partnership with the Store Manager to improve team performance

2+ years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or similar)
Strong communication and team leadership skills
