Retail Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Retail Assistant to support daily customer engagement and promotional activities. This position focuses on assisting customers, providing product and service information, and helping maintain an organized and welcoming retail environment.

The Retail Assistant will work alongside team members to support current promotions, answer customer questions, and ensure products and services are represented accurately. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and comfortable working in an active customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with general questions and product inquiries.
  
• Provide clear and accurate information about available products and services.
  
• Support current retail promotions and customer engagement activities.
  
• Assist customers in understanding product features, options, and current offerings.
  
• Help prepare and organize promotional materials and product displays.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail area.
  
• Communicate promotional information accurately and consistently.
  
• Assist with customer requests and provide appropriate support.
  
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
  
• Maintain familiarity with current products, services, and promotions.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily retail activities.
  
• Complete additional retail and customer service responsibilities as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfortable assisting customers and answering questions.
  
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to learn product and service information quickly.
