Position Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll help run the operations of our retail store. You'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing donations, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. This role is all about leading by example, keeping the store organized, and motivating your team to succeed.

Partners with the Store Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by staying visibly engaged on the sales floor and addressing issues as they arise. Keeps shelves full, organized, and displays eye-catching to boost sales.

Maintains full, organized, and visually appealing sales floors by actively overseeing stocking, sorting, and pricing activities to support consistent sales performance.

Ensures Accountability; Manages Risk
Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.

Protects company assets and promotes a safe workplace by ensuring safety and loss-prevention practices are followed. Balances registers, prepares deposits, and ensures cashier accuracy.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent desirable.
  • 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in resale, production, or operations management is a plus.
