Sweenors Chocolates Inc is looking for a passionate and friendly Retail Associate to join their sweet team in Wakefield, RI! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays and merchandise
• Assist with gift wrapping, custom orders, and specialty chocolate selections
• Keep the retail floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Packaging products with an eye on detail

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
• Detail oriented
• Passion for specialty food, confections, or artisan products is a plus
