Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, courteous service throughout the shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and locating merchandise.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area.
• Restock shelves, replenish merchandise, and assist with product rotation as needed.
• Support inventory management tasks, including receiving, labeling, and organizing stock.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing routine physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, and moving merchandise.
