As a Retail Associate, you will support daily store operations, assist customers throughout their shopping experience, and help maintain an organized, well-presented store environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and running efficiently.
This is an
entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. Candidates with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or restaurants are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional in-store experience
- Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
- Build positive relationships to ensure a strong customer experience
- Support sales efforts through product recommendations and customer engagement
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and current promotions
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately when required
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure merchandise displays are organized and maintained according to company standards
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service and operations
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily store operations
