We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Associates. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, engaging with customers, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.


As a Retail Associate, you will support daily store operations, assist customers throughout their shopping experience, and help maintain an organized, well-presented store environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and running efficiently.


This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. Candidates with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or restaurants are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities


  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional in-store experience

  • Assist customers with product selection and answer questions

  • Build positive relationships to ensure a strong customer experience

  • Support sales efforts through product recommendations and customer engagement

  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and current promotions

  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately when required

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure merchandise displays are organized and maintained according to company standards

  • Keep the store clean, stocked, and visually appealing

  • Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service and operations

  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily store operations
