Key Responsibilities


Customer Experience


  •  Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive in-store environment 
  •  Assist customers with product selection, questions, and general inquiries 
  •  Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences 
  •  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive and professional service 
Sales & Product Support


  •  Support store sales goals by assisting customers through the purchase process 
  •  Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions 
  •  Help drive engagement by highlighting key products and offers 
  •  Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business 
  •  Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately 
Problem Solving


  •  Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications
