Every donation, purchase, and customer interaction helps support Habitat's mission of building homes, communities, and hope throughout the Cape Fear region.
What You'll Do- Greet and assist customers and donors
- Operate the point-of-sale system
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Keep merchandise stocked and organized
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming store
- Support volunteers and fellow team members
No two days are exactly alike, which makes this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced retail environment.
What We're Looking For- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to perform basic math and cash handling
- Available to work scheduled Saturdays
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cashier or retail experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
