Job Highlights
Contribute to achieving store goals in retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services
Handle customer service needs, including sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance in a courteous manner
Support retail success by executing daily tasks and ensuring product availability for purchase
Complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures
Candidate Profile
1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education/work combination preferred
Must be comfortable using basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices)
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
Relevant soft skills include customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability
