Kinetic Marketing is hiring a Retail Associate to join our growing Cincinnati team.


This is a full-time, people-focused role for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a team environment, and wants to build practical experience while developing professionally.

• Engage with customers and build positive relationships
• Introduce products, services, and current promotions
• Answer questions and provide helpful information
• Support sales and customer acquisition
