Retail Associate, Dolphin Mall

Effectively use product knowledge to sell all merchandise and adhere to the customer service program. Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills are preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers.
• Achieving individual sales goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Adhere to all policies and security procedures.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Very organized and detail-oriented. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Must be able to lift merchandise, merchandising equipment, and boxes up to 50 pounds.
