Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Help customers locate products and answer questions about available items
- Maintain strong knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
- Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs
- Support sales goals through excellent customer engagement and service
- Process transactions and assist customers during the checkout process when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Restock merchandise and ensure displays are well maintained
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Full-time availability preferred
- Previous retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with their needs
- High school diploma or GED preferred
