As a Retail Associate, youll be the welcoming face of our shop. Youll play a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting customers, handling sales, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile and a sweet.
What Youll Do:
Greets customers warmly and provides excellent service to every visitor.
Operates the register and handles cash and credit transactions accurately using the Square system.
Assists customers with product selection and answers questions about products.
Restocks shelves and maintains a clean, organized, and inviting display area.
What Youll Bring:
Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but being a "people person" is a must.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Reliability: Punctual and able to work independently during assigned shifts.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours within business limits.
