Adecco is seeking a dependable and Customer-focused Associate to support daily retail and warehouse operations. This role involves assisting customers, handling donations, maintaining an organized workspace, and supporting the overall mission of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with purchases, questions, and general support on the sales floor
Open and close the store following established procedures
Schedule donation pickups and complete required paperwork
Unload and inspect donated materials for quality and usability
Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse and sales floor inventory
Supervise and support volunteers as needed
Keep the drive-thru donation area clean, safe, and organized
Operate a forklift to move and store materials
Driver Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles to pick up donated items
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Perform routine vehicle cleaning and report maintenance needs
Additional Duties
Support fundraising events and community initiatives
Represent and promote the organization's mission and values
Maintain a clean and safe exterior, including snow removal when needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Skills & Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
