Retail Associate

The NoMI Label is currently seeking to hire individuals for our brand concierge position.  We are in search of associates who are passionate about being a part of collaboration creating trends in Northern Michigan. Our mission is to share carefully curated collections and empower guests to experience that feeling of Puuuuuure Michigan!  Under the guidance of our Leadership team, concierges are responsible for assisting with guests needs, offering product knowledge, handling POS transactions, and maintaining a neat and visually inspiring boutique environment.

• Understand and deliver our guest engagement expectations on the sales floor, in the fitting room, and at the front desk

• Empower every person who walks into our boutiques to be themselves

Visual Merchandising Standards:

\n

\n

• \n
• Help to maintain a visually inspiring boutique presenting our unique product selection
• \n
• Actively stock, replenish, fold, hang, display, and merchandise the product
• \n
• Embrace product knowledge, campaign promotions, and merchandising standards
• \n

\n

Operations Knowledge:

\n

\n

• \n
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• \n
• Ensure the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom are clean and well maintained
• \n
• Protect the physical assets of the boutique by participating in weekly audits, routine cycle counts, and an annual physical inventory
• \n

\n

Physical Requirements:

• \n
• Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
• \n
• Must be able to work independently
• \n
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• \n
