Woodward Park City is looking for a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our Guest Experience team. Reporting to the Guest Services Leadership Team, you will create a welcoming, efficient retail experience by helping guests select products, completing transactions, maintaining merchandise, and supporting daily store operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive, team-first approach to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide helpful product and resort information.
• Recommend products based on guest needs and maintain current knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Process purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Receive, tag, price, stock, organize, and merchandise inventory; assist with inventory counts and record accuracy.
• Keep retail displays, sales areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, safe, and guest ready.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, including cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Partner with teammates and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Adapt to changing business needs and complete other duties that support retail and resort operations.
• Support teammates and other resort operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, guest-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay accurate, organized, and adaptable while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn products, systems, and operating procedures quickly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, recreation, POS, cash-handling, inventory, or merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of action sports, outdoor recreation, or related products and enthusiasm for the Woodward community.
• Familiarity with digital Point of Sale systems
