We are seeking team members to deliver our S.M.I.L.E service culture – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will engage guests, assist with store operations, deliver exceptional service, and maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
Engage guests to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience
Promote Hawks merchandise by recommending products and upselling
Demonstrate our service culture in every interaction
Store Operations
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and organized
Provide feedback and support to help the team meet goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal skills, punctuality, and reliability
Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 80% of scheduled events monthly.
Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift/move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
