Retail Brand Coordinator, Kohler Golf RetailWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: Kohler, WIThe Retail Brand Coordinator contributes to the guest experience of Kohler Golf Retail by blending front‑of‑house guest service, shop coverage, and execution of visual merchandising standards. This role is designed for a seasonal retail environment and flexes based on business volume. During the non‑peak season, the position provides selling coverage and operational support on the shop floor. Throughout the season, the role is responsible for maintaining elevated visual standards that align with Kohler's luxury brand, restocking the sales floor, and giving high‑level guest service while supporting retail leaders as needed. This position does not carry ownership of inventory buying, scheduling, or administrative functions, but instead focuses on guest experience, presentation, and presence on the sales floor.Specific ResponsibilitiesShop SellingProvide elevated, on‑brand guest shopping experiencesModel gracious guest interaction and luxury selling behaviorsAssist retail leaders with training the seasonal team on luxury brand selling standardsServe as flexible coverage in various retail outlets to support staffing needs during slower business periodsPerform point‑of‑sale transactions, assist guests with product selection, special orders, and general inquiriesSupport retail events, tournaments, and special activations as scheduledVisual Merchandising & Guest ExperienceExecute and maintain visual merchandising standards across various retail locationsCreate and refresh focal tables, product groupings, and displays to enhance the shopping experienceAssist with seasonal, holiday, and event‑related visual setupsEnsure consistency with Kohler brand standards and a premium retail aestheticPartner with Retail Leaders and Coordinators to adjust displays based on sell‑through and shop flowSource and utilize props, fixtures, and visual elements as needed to support displaysRetail SupportAssist with daily stocking, merchandise organization, size‑run maintenance, and overall shop appearanceSupport signage, pricing materials, and visual accuracy on the sales floorAssist with deliveries to miscellaneous retail outletsProvide feedback to retail leadership regarding guest feedback, product presentation, and visual opportunitiesAssist Retail Leaders with special projects, events, and cross‑shop needsThis is a full‑time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours vary between 6:00am – 10:00pm.Skills / RequirementsMinimum of 2 years retail experience required and preferably in a luxury retail settingBackground in merchandising or design is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferredMust be at least 18 years oldMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to speak graciously with guests and associatesCustomer service‑oriented personalityThe ability to walk and stand a majority of each shiftLift up to 50 pounds on a regular basisApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.The hourly range for this position is $18.00 – $26.00.
