Position Summary

The primary responsibility for all positions with Gordon’s Ace Hardware is to WOW Every Customer, Every Time while upholding our Core Values.

The Cashier provides fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service and owns register accuracy and transaction integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide efficient checkout.
• Process transactions accurately according to policy.
• Maintain register accuracy and front-end organization.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Cash-handling or customer service experience a plus.

Behavioral Expectations

• Friendly, calm, and accurate.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism.

Technology & Systems

• Able to operate POS accurately and follow procedures.

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
