Charlotte, North Carolina, United StatesRole DescriptionThe Retail Channel Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the Companys Big-Box Retail sales and marketing plan, managing and developing strategic relationships with channel partners, analyzing sales data and market trends, and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.The Retail Channel Manager owns the product development roadmap from inception to delivery, to include the marketing and sales functional areas. They are responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaign strategies.ResponsibilitiesCreates an overall sales vision for assigned accounts and implements steps to achieve strategic sales goalsPrepares marketing and sales projection reports and budgetsPerform market research and complex analysis of possible opportunitiesComplete brand perceptions and reputationsSeek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationshipsAnalyze competitorsCommunicate with leadership inside and outside the department on roadmap deliverables, product stability and performance metricsExecute on assigned operating plan and targets to assure that the business wins profitable salesQualificationsAnalytical Skills including sales data and market trend analysisExcellent Communication skills both written and oralSales experience in B2B environments and channel managementExperience managing relationships with Channel PartnersA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field7+ years experience in a sales role2+ years experience in a management roleExperience in the plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, pool and spa, MHRV or OEM channels is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
