With a lean team structure, repeat clients, and a strong reputation in the high-end retail market, the company provides employees with significant responsibility, flexibility, and direct access to company leadership.Job DescriptionManage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables. Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and field teams. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track project performance and documentation. Support estimating, problem-solving, and project execution as needed. Knowledge of luxury retail construction and high-end finish standards. Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes. Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred. Willingness to travel periodically to project sites throughout the region.What's on OfferSalary: $80,000 - $120,000 + bonus. Fully remote work environment with travel only as needed throughout projects. Opportunity to deliver projects for globally recognized luxury retail brands.
